Creature and Character Concept Artist
I was first taught art to practice my hand-to-eye coordination while learning how to be high-functioning under an ABA program. It eventually became my way of exploring and celebrating the topics I am passionate about, which I also try to include with a heavy emphasis on accuracy, both anatomical and contextual.
How we interpret topics in art can influence how they are understood, and the frequent lack of accuracy ethics alongside the accompanying misrepresentation it creates can be avoided with the use of thorough research and informative elements, expanding the horizons of viewers beyond the work and inviting to ask the same questions I have on animals, paleontology, folklore, and speculative biology.
